Welcome to The Cecil Street Project
The Cecil Street Project is an innovative, passionate new arts organisation based in Carlisle, Cumbria.
We are based in a Victorian street built from salvaged materials inside a chapel, and from there we sell fantastic artwork and gifts, and support creative businesses as unique and individual as our building.
